We invite you to visit the future location of Cullera Hills to experience its exceptional position and learn about our development plans. Our team can answer your questions and discuss how these residences might complement your lifestyle goals.

Important information

Additional costs include:

  • Mandatory garage: €15,000 plus 12% acquisition costs.
  • Optional jacuzzi installation: €5,000 plus 12% acquisition costs.
  • Additional expenses (taxes, notary, and registration fees): approximately 12% of the purchase price.

The process includes:

  • Signing the reservation agreement.
  • Obtaining notarized confirmation (client covers costs).
  • Submitting documents for NIE (€9 fee).
  • Opening a Spanish bank account with our assistance.
  • Transferring €10,000 to the notary’s special account (transfers accepted only from Spanish banks).
  • Confirmation of payment completes the reservation.

Requirements include:

  • Passport.
  • Employment certificate with salary information translated into Spanish by a Spanish Notary Translator.
  • Annual tax declaration translated into Spanish by a Spanish Notary Translator.

Required documents:

  • Valid passport with visa and copies.
  • Two color photographs (30x40mm).
  • Paid €9 fee.
  • Completed application form (we provide).
  • Original and copy of property reservation agreement.
  • Notarized certification of the signed contract.

Ongoing maintenance expenses include:

  • Annual property tax (IBI): estimated under €300.
  • Quarterly maintenance fees: approximately €50-80/month.
  • Utilities: billed separately based on consumption.
